ONI badguys

Actually the first time I've been seriously drawing the oh so pretty and evil ONI guys Captain Nicolas Tillmann Faucherre and Commander Mariana Teixeira Oliveira Tahiraj. Actually they're not evil, but so good (for the UNSC) they're evil again, especially when it goes for Insurrectionists and other traitors. That's why Faucherre likes his good old humbler to "motivate" insurrectionists to cooperate whilst Tahiraj takes the part with getting rid of unpleasant rebels with firing squads. Guess the ideas they share and their pretty looks are the reason why they are together and do each other on their desks...

My new scanner has a too high contrast, so sorry for the scan hurting your eyes. I'll do a colored version of this anyways, since I may change some details on the uniform and such.
